New Beginnings

Each of us likes to start over when we've blown it. And why shouldn't we? Authors do not send their original draft to be printed, painters ruin numerous canvas before the masterpiece appears, and poets write and rewrite their opening line before they wow the hearts of the masses. It seems that all our mistakes are permanent. What happened to washable markers? The Children born to us, our endless financial problems, or a bad marriage, pound us into oblivion. The person we hoped to be, the individual we intended to be, gets lost in all the tiring errors we have made. We seem destined to spend all our lives trying to overcome our past. Here at Stapley Drive we believe God is a God of the second chance. Regardless of what we've done He is there ready to offer us peace, love, and forgiveness. What greater acceptance is there than to know you are loved and desired by God Himself.
